All messages must be pre-purchased before sending and the more you buy the bigger the discount you receive. Once applied to your account SMS message credit can be used by any/all FAB products you have downloaded or subscribe to.
The cost to send a SMS message varies by destination (click for country specific pricing) and message type. A vCard or vCal message may cost 2,3 or 4 messages depending on the size. Messages above 160 characters are charged an additional messages cost per 150 characters thereafter.

When you purchase a block of messaging you also get a number of additional user accounts which you can authorise to use the same account, the number of user accounts is specified above. The number of authorised users will never fall below the highest tarrif used regardless of amount purchased in the future. However if you want to add more users to your account without purchasing greater quantities of messaging you can do so by selecting the required amount below.
Inbound SMS
In order to receive SMS to your computer, online or forwarded to a mobile or group of mobiles you will need a dedicated inbound number from the choices below. There is no cost to receive a message (up to 500k per month) and your customers are only billed a sinlge message at their usual network rate.
All the above inbound SMS numbers come with our Keyword Manager software that allows you to select different responses depending on the content of the message.
